PRIVACY POLICY
Free Wi-Fi Service
pursuant to art. 13 of DLGS 30.06.2003 n. 196 and art. 13 of UE regulation 2016/67
a) – About us: TIBUS S.R.L., with registered office in Largo Guido Mazzoni, snc- Rome tel. 06. 442595, is the company that collects and processes all personal data.
b) – Why we collect data: the data provided is necessary to allow registration and access to WiFi free service of TIBUS.
The processing of data will be based on consent provided (see ref. c), as well as on the requirements of the provisions in force – and their subsequent amendments and /or additions on the subject by the Guarantor for the Protection of personal data (including guidelines on promotional activities and managing spam of July 4th 2013)
c) -Your consent: It is necessary for registration purposes and to access the WiFi service in the manner described in general conditions of service.
d) -How we process your personal data: Your data will be processed via digital format to allow registration and access to WiFi service, for the treatment and compliance with the general conditions of service. By web surfing, the technical treatment will be related to the user’s IP Address and MAC Address: such data will not be memorized by TIBUS and will be processed solely in order to surf the web.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of its registration in compliance with current legislation and, in order to guarantee its security and confidentiality to prevent disclosure of unauthorized adhibition, alteration or destruction.
e) – Consequences on refusing to provide data: We ask you to provide the data requested as “mandatory” because they are necessary for registration and access to the WiFi service which in case of non-completion or incomplete information, will not be allowed.
f) – Information Collection, Use, and Sharing: Your data will not be shared or disclosed to your phone service provider that allows the internet browsing service. (e.g.Vodafone).
Your data will be granted access only to the persons authorized to process and by TIBUS S.R.L. management, as well as external authorized personnel of the following recipients: Information System Management of Ikalia srl, based in Via Andrea Costa 202/6 40134 – Bologna (BO),
company in charge of our WiSpot.
g) – Your Access to and Control Over Information: The user may at any time, exert its rights referred to in the art. 7 DLGS 196/2003 by contacting Privacy Management at TIBUS S.R.L. Largo Guido Mazzoni snc (Rome), tel. 06.442595 including:1- obtain, without delay, confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you;
2- obtain:
a) origin of personal data, purpose and method of collection, logic of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, identification details of the collectors, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be granted access to, updates, rectification, that is, purpose of interest, data integration;
b) deletion, modification in anonymous form or deny access of data processed in law violation.
3) – oppose to, partially or entirely, the processing of personal data provided for commercial or advertising information or for market research or commercial communication.
The right to obtain a copy/portability of relative data or limitation of processing, to withdraw consent at any time, to propose a second instance complaint before the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, thereof, remains unaffected. (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Starting May 25th 2018, the EU 2016/679 regulation applies to the protection of individuals regarding processing of personal data.
h) Who is in charge of the processing: The person in charge of the processing is appointed as Privacy Manager, who’s name, as well as an updated list of other managers is available upon request, to be addressed in accordance with the preceding letter g)
i) The user acknowledges that TIBUS is not responsible in any way for content, the correctness and legality of any information retrieved or transmitted on the web and relieves TIBUS of any responsibility of any damage or caused to third parties through the use of Tibus free WiFi service.
